Our Return Policy allows you to return items within 28 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

- Returns accepted within 28 calendar days of delivery
- Items must be in original packaging with any tags or labels attached
- Products must be unused and in original condition with no visible damage
- Some items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned

Process

1. Visit our Returns Portal (https://notenoughnelsons.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login) to start your return

2. Enter your order number and email address to access your order

3. Select the items you want to return and choose your reason

4. Upload photos if returning incorrect or damaged items

5. Print your prepaid return label when provided

6. Package items securely and attach the label, then drop off at any carrier location

Refunds

- Refunds process immediately upon shipment delivery
- Issued to original payment method
- Processing takes 3-5 business days for credit cards, 1-2 business days for debit cards
- No processing or restocking fees applied

Exchanges

- Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value
- Processing begins once your return shipment is delivered to us
- Shipping costs may be covered under applicable coverage programs

Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility for returns without Checkout+
- We cover shipping costs for damaged, defective, or wrong items sent to you
- Exchange shipping is free - we'll cover the cost to send your replacement item

Damaged items

- We'll make it right if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

- We will refund you without need for return for these quality issues

International returns are not currently accepted for direct orders. Marketplace orders may have different international return policies - please check with the specific marketplace for their requirements.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
